Das europäische Klima verleiht Malz aus kontinentaler Gerste einen sauberen, „eleganten“ Charakter. Das extraleichte Pilsner Malz hat eine weiche, zarte Malzigkeit, die fast ein helles Lagerbier definiert. Auch als Beimischung zu jeder anderen Biersorte geeignet. Anteil an Schrot bis zu 100 %.
