Alcotec Turbo Whiskey yeast contains glucoamylase, an enzyme that breaks down dextrins. The yeast strain itself is excellent for retaining the flavors of a good grain whiskey. Suitable for fermentation of mash not only from fermented malt, but also from malt extracts.
