Impression

A unique, champagne-like hybrid of beer and wine, made in the style of Wild Ale. Ale is fermented with white grape juice and then aged in French oak barrels for 12-36 months. Hues of tropical fruits, honeysuckle and fragrant melon predominate. Sweet and sour, refreshing, with fruity-floral accents.
