This is explicitly a catch-all category for any beer that does not fit into an existing Styles. In contrast to Unknown Style that need to be discovered sometime, the Experimental Style is a stand-alone way of brewery.
Starts as a result of a very creative brewers, this Style can fit any beer that totally messed and screwed due to bad brew process, bad ingredients calculation, or strange adjunksts.
