Description
Ebbegarden Culture (6+ strains), Sigmund, and Hornindal kveik yeast. Farmhouse culture consisting of multiple strains of S. cerevisae producing an aroma of tropical fruits, in particular pineapple, orange peel, and mango. Apparent Attenuation : 80 - 82 %.
