Cider, aka Apple Wine.

A traditional art object in countries with a developed history of wine production from apples, pears, as well as their mix; as well as the subject of parody in places of manufacture without a proper history based on a juice-containing liquid.

There are several variations, differing in raw materials (apples, pears, etc.), fermentation methods (cultivated or wild yeast), and degree of fermentation (sweet, semi-sweet, semi-dry, dry, extra dry)
