Recipe Impression

A very pale, highly-carbonated, light-bodied, well-attenuated lager with a very neutral flavor profile and low bitterness. Served very cold, it can be a very refreshing and thirst-quenching drink.

Use sufficient amount of Lager yeast (rehydrated in advance or o proper starter).

Ferment at 10C

Mature at cold temperature at least for 4 weeks and allow it lagering well before bottling or drinking.

Carbonate from 2.5 to 3.0 volumes of CO2
