The basic principle of brewing this beer is similar to American Light Lager: choosing ingredients with minimal malt and hop flavors, ensuring a clean fermentation by carefully controlling the temperature.
Single rest at 65C for 60 min
Use sufficient amount of Lager yeast (rehydrated in advance or o proper starter).
Ferment at 10C
Mature at cold temperature at least for 4 weeks and allow it lagering well before bottling or drinking.
Carbonate from 2.5 to 3.0 volumes of CO2
