Re-design completed

Done. I`m glad to announce that the main part of web development is completed. Even though I'm not experienced in Bootstrap and CSS, I think the design looks nice. There are still a bunch of bugs & flaws, but I'm really focusing on completing the engine so I can start populating the database.

Just as a reminder, I took a screenshot from GitHub of the project's structure, and I'm proud that it's over 90% python
